A feeling of durability…
MetFab Heating has been in business for nearly 50 years – with the same friendly faces. Tim Feuz, the founder of MetFab Heating, started as a sheet-metal worker back in the early 1970’s. In October 1981, he ventured out on his own and started MetFab Heating.
1993
Our Location
In 1993, a major remodel increased the facilities to 9,000ft² including a full sheet metal shop, warehouse, and show room. MetFab Heating & Cooling, LLC. is located at 13914 NE 28th Street, Vancouver, WA 98682. You are welcome to visit us anytime during regular business hours.
2017
New Leadership… Same Great Service
Tim managed overall operation of his company until he stepped down as president in April of 2017. Tim is still an integral part of the MetFab team and is still crafting some challenging sheet metal fittings from time to time.
Upon Tim’s partial-retirement, Jason Meisner, longtime employee, lead estimator, and journeyman installer took over the company. With new ownership came a new name, MetFab Heating & Cooling. Jason started with MetFab in March of 1995 as an apprentice installer; he worked his way up to run the install department, and manages all of the new equipment sales. Jason is still hands-on, and takes pride in continuing to handle sales and customer relations; working in the field on a regular basis.
TODAY
An Experienced Staff
Our staff includes Amanda Sparks, our service manager, who joined the MetFab family in December of 2009 and most often is the one who greets callers & walk-in customers. Doug Romig joined the MetFab family in March of 1986 and Gary Groves in January of 1988. They are our lead service techs; both have been servicing customers for MetFab nearly as long as we’ve been in business. James Nagel joined the MetFab family in January of 2008. He is our lead installer for new equipment installations. His two sons, Trevor Nagel & Ben Nagel, took after their father and joined the MetFab family in 2021 and 2023, respectively. They are our apprentice installers, learning the tricks of the trade with incredible work ethic. Mikayla Meisner recently joined the MetFab family in late 2023 and is our in-house Marketing Coordinator. Tyler Gaultier is the most recent addition to the MetFab family, joining the service department in late 2023 as well. The total experience amongst the MetFab family in the HVAC industry is over 150 years!
